All fees hourly unless otherwise indicated All fees in US Dollars (1) Fee based on an 8 hour day. Consulting and seminar services may be combined. (2) Services for seminars an/or consulting billed monthly. (3) E-mail & telephone consulting includes reading, responding, conversing. (4) Classroom presentations, time permitting, are offered at no charge. (5) All seminar programs fees include the first 25 attendees. Full-day seminars, additional attendees $15.00 ea.. Half-day seminars, additional attendees $7.50 ea. 90 minute and 2 hr. seminars, additional attendees $4.00 ea. (6) We encourage our clients to invite their and their staff’s family as well as advisors, suppliers, customers/clients to attend the seminar(s). Experience has shown that changes and ideas generated from the program are much more readily accepted when they hear the presentation.

 

Additional Fees Billed to Client

Travel – Air, bus, train travel (including extra baggage fees).

Auto Mileage – $0.75/mile for trips over 100 miles (round trip).

Hotel – Hotel charges (including incidental expenses) at a property at or within walking distance from the venue.

Meals – When an overnight stay is required – not to exceed 1/2 the daily hotel rate.

Cancellation Policy

In lieu of an agreed upon cancellation date, clients canceling a program within 3 weeks of the scheduled services will be responsible for a cancellation fee of ½ the base fee for services.

Billing Policy

First services, 50% of the base fee will be billed upon completion. Additional or on-going services are billed monthly, due 10 days E.O.M. Past due bills of 30 days will receive a 3% service charge for each month overdue.

Payment

US & Canadian Clients – We accept payments by check, money order, bank draft, or credit card via Pay Pal

For Clients from Other Countries – We accept payments by bank draft or by credit card via Pay Pal

Legal

All disputes for payment and non-payment will be adjudicated in Portland, Oregon.
